Terms & Conditions — 222r Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and 222r (hereinafter "222r", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality made available through the 222r website and any associated applications.

222r operates as an international online gaming operator offering sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports and related entertainment products. The platform is accessible internationally and is specifically designed with English-speaking users in Pakistan in mind, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

222r does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any Pakistani provincial authority. The platform operates under an international gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation on this platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan and any subsequent amendments or applicable provincial legislation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

By completing the registration process on the Platform, accessing any part of the Platform's gaming services, or by depositing funds into an Account, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• Have read and accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• Are of legal age to participate in online gambling as defined in Section 4 (Account Eligibility);
• Are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Accept full personal responsibility for verifying the legality of your participation in your applicable jurisdiction.

To be eligible to hold an Account and use the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

222r reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 222r will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation. Support is available 24/7 via live chat within the Platform.

222r is required to conduct identity and age verification in compliance with its licensing obligations and applicable AML controls. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review threshold.

Standard KYC documents that may be required include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or a current passport (photo and data pages);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days where required);

Deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. You may not use payment methods belonging to third parties. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, along with available payment methods, are specified in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment References — Pakistan Context

Familiar Pakistani payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be displayed as reference points on the Platform. The mention of these payment providers does not constitute a representation that they are currently available in the cashier, that they endorse gambling activity, or that they have entered into any arrangement with 222r. All bets placed through the sportsbook and all wagers placed in casino and gaming products are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game or product. These rules are accessible within each product interface on the Platform.

General Betting Principles

• A bet is only accepted and confirmed once a bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the User. Verbal or informal instructions do not constitute accepted bets.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the system.
• 222r reserves the right to void, cancel or amend any bet where a manifest error, technical fault or data-feed failure has resulted in clearly incorrect odds or market conditions being displayed.
• Live or in-play betting is subject to additional latency considerations. 222r reserves the right to suspend or cancel in-play markets without notice where required by platform integrity standards.

Game Integrity

Casino and gaming products including slots, live dealer tables and virtual sports operate using random number generation (RNG) or live studio outputs. Outcomes are determined independently of the Platform's commercial interests. RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, represent theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

222r may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback arrangements and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of 222r and may be withdrawn, amended or discontinued at any time;
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 100,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal);
• Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified per-offer;
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time limit stated in the specific offer terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotional offers while minimising risk will result in the forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of pending withdrawals and potential account suspension.

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to the account for a defined period;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 222r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to forfeit any associated balance where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to access the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or using stolen payment credentials;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any other form of cheating in casino or sports betting products;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through matched betting, arbitrage strategies or any conduct designed to extract promotional value without genuine recreational gambling intent;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, data-feed latency or manifest pricing mistakes in betting markets;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the 222r name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of 222r or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, sublicense or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 222r.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222r, its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained through the Platform's betting or gaming products;
• Interruptions to the Platform's service due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances outside 222r's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment service providers;
• Errors in third-party data feeds used to determine betting markets or outcomes;
• Any loss arising from your breach of applicable local laws, including but not limited to Pakistani gambling legislation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

222r reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the User;
• Fraudulent, criminal or dishonest activity is suspected;
• The Account is being used from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to 222r;
• The User has requested account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after completion of required investigations will be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to applicable legal holds. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 222r holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the platform's licensing documentation, which is accessible within the platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute. This does not restrict the User's right to seek relief in their jurisdiction of residence to the extent applicable law requires.

For Pakistani users, please note that Pakistani courts may also have jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents and that Pakistani law (including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977) may apply concurrently. 222r makes no representation as to whether its services are lawful under Pakistani law.

222r reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users through the Platform — including, where practicable, a notification at login and an update to the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of and in agreement with the current version.
